KELVIN PLASTIC PRIVATE LIMITED was established in year 1994 at Veraval(Shapar), Rajkot (Gujarat, India). We started with the manufacturing of ISI marked HDPE Pipes and HDPE Fittings from 20mm to 110mm diameter, with an installed capacity of 300 MTPA.

In year 1996, we had first expansion in HDPE pipes and fittings. We expanded our installed capacity from 300 MTPA to 1000 MTPA. We tripled our capacity to 3000 MTPA in year 2000 and also increased the pipe size from 110mm to 250mm diameter. By 2007, we had an installed capacity of 5000 MTPA for HDPE pipes and were manufacturing HDPE pipes and fittings up to 315mm diameter.

In year 2011, we diversified from HDPE products to PVC products and started a second manufacturing plant at Bhunava, Tal. Gondal (Dist. Rajkot, Gujarat, India). We started manufacturing uPVC Agricultural Pipes and Fittings, uPVC Plumbing Pipes, uPVC Column pipes, uPVC Casing Pipes, PVC Suction Pipe and Garden Pipes. We also increased our HDPE pipe size from 315mm to 630mm. Currently we have an installed capacity 12000 MTPA for HDPE pipes and 6400 MTPA for PVC pipes.

Over the last 17 years, company has acquired following certification licenses ISO 9001:2008, IS 4984: 1995, IS 4985: 2000, IS 14333: 1996 and IS 14151(Pt-2): 2008. We have developed market network of more than 500 dealers and we are supplying our products in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and other states of the Country. We also export our products to various countries. We have the best German extrusion technology and fully automatic PVC mixer plant which ensures highest quality standard and efficient manufacturing process.
